Who the House
is For
The House supports early career from the late teens to the mid-thirties, as a typical stage rather than a fixed age rule. Clients may be preparing for work, six months in and uncertain, rebuilding after a role ends, planning a second or third move, or changing direction.
From the House: early-career mentoring in the UK; career direction after education; when a first job is the wrong fit; first, second, and third career moves; ATS-friendly CVs and AI hiring; and parent-funded career support and independence.
College, apprenticeships, university, vocational training, direct employment, and unconventional routes are all understood. A degree is never required. Parents often make and fund the first contact; the mentoring relationship is then built directly with the client.

Bespoke Future House
Many people enter working life knowing very little about the economy they are joining. Bespoke Future House teaches how organisations operate, why roles exist, what commercial pressure feels like, and how employers assess value.
The work begins with the knowledge each client is missing about themselves, a role, an industry, an organisation, or the hiring decision. That gap shapes the research, teaching, mentoring, and practical support that follow.
The Times featured Faye as a mentor at 21, published under her former professional name, Faye Hatton. She later joined Vanessa Feltz on BBC Radio London to discuss Brexit and hiring across London. BlueSkyFriday has published two articles about Bespoke Future House and Faye’s early-career work.
Her job-search book is being prepared for international publication, with credited contributions from a former editor-in-chief of Vogue, a global business leader, and a judge on a Netflix series.
