FROM FAYE
There are only certain rooms where you truly experience how quickly decisions are made.
There are only certain rooms where you truly experience how quickly decisions are made. Human — and now increasingly robotic — snap judgement quietly shapes futures every day. I have spent more than twenty years acting as eyes and ears within these environments, helping talentand businesses find one another well. Over time, my expertise evolved from assessing “on paper” suitability to understanding the far more nuanced work of culturally aligned positioning — for both individuals and organizations.
My enthusiasm for advising this particular demographic comes from being able to share the things that are rarely taught openly: the quieter commercial nuances, behavioural signals, and positioning details that can meaningfully influence long-term direction.
When thoughtfully aligned to an individual’s natural strengths and commercial attributes, the result is often greater confidence, stronger decision-making, competitive edge, and a more sustainable working life.
Bespoke Future House was founded to address what I believed was a significant gap in education: how to actually approach and execute a job search step by step. From this, The House Career Bible was created — a structured guide designed to bring clarity, direction, and practical understanding to an often overwhelming process. Alongside bespoke advisory, cross-industry guidance, and commercial insight, the wider House was built around a more integrated approach that also considers wellness, lifestyle, and long-term alignment.
WHY I CREATED BESPOKE FUTURE HOUSE
Looking back, there has been one consistent theme running through my career.
Understanding people.
Identifying potential.
Recognising fit.
For over twenty years I have worked in roles that required me to assess individuals, understand environments and make judgements about where somebody was most likely to thrive.
Long before Bespoke Future House existed, I had already built a career around matching people with opportunities.
At aged twenty, I was ‘Head Of’ and established and, a few years later, sold an actor's agency, working closely with individuals navigating highly competitive and uncertain career paths (with a pinch of “luck” added in / ‘right time, right place’ - good practice for stress management tools!).
I subsequently trained as an Associate Researcher within Board and C-Suite Executive Search, advising within the financial services sector and gaining first-hand insight into how senior appointments are assessed and made.
I later became a Shareholder and Managing Consultant within a successful boutique recruitment business based in Sloane Square, Chelsea building one of the firm's most successful desks and advising clients and candidates across a broad range of industries - giving me vast cross-sector expertise.
freedom of choice is what i value
I am married to James, we have a daughter, Ottilie and a dog called Vino.
We split our time in the UK between London and Hampshire and having sailed over 15,000 offshore nautical miles (including several Atlantic Ocean crossings) I never shy away from a challenge.
My own path has been notably non-linear. It included completing a fast-tracked First Class Honors degree whilst navigating dyslexia and ADHD — experiences that shaped a mindset that is highly structured, commercially attuned, and deeply detail-oriented.
Beyond the desk, this perspective was further tested across 15,000 offshore nautical miles, Atlantic crossings, and the process of building businesses. These environments reinforced something I have long believed: polish alone rarely holds. Sustainable positioning requires substance, judgement, resilience, and structure beneath it.
My approach is warm, adaptable and non-judgmental.
Along the way I have worked with:
• School leavers
• Graduates
• Young Professionals
• Entrepreneurs
• Senior Executives
• Business Owners
• Hiring Managers
• HNWI / Private Heads
• Parents

What fascinated me was never the job title…
It was always the person.
What motivated them.
What environments suited them.
What strengths they consistently overlooked.
What opportunities others failed to see.
Over time I realised that many talented young people were making important life decisions without access to the type of perspective, challenge and guidance that could make those decisions easier.
Bespoke Future House was created to provide exactly that.
A place where experience, judgement and thoughtful advisory come together to help young people move forward with greater clarity, confidence and direction.
Agility
My career began in casting and talent representation across film, television, and commercial projects before moving into executive search and high-performance recruitment in Chelsea, London — two very different environments, yet both ultimately shaped by the same underlying question of fit.
Alongside this, I have lived and worked across different cultures, industries, and time zones, whilst developing particularly strong knowledge of the London market and its professional landscape.
This breadth of experience has shaped a highly adaptable approach. I strongly believe individuals should be treated as exactly that — individuals — and the House is designed to accommodate different personalities, learning styles, ambitions, and ways of working.
Style and Approach
The BFH Approach: Collaborative, Flexible, and Highly Individual.
It begins with listening carefully, understanding the person properly, and shaping direction thoughtfully rather than through assumption.
Experience, perspective, and commercial insight are shared openly in a way that feels conversational rather than overly formal.
More often than not, the process feels closer to an intelligent discussion or ongoing exchange of ideas than traditional advisory — whilst underneath, the work itself remains highly tailored, considered, researched, and carefully structured around the individual.
