WAYS OF WORKING
FOUNDER-LED
EARLY-CAREER MENTORING,
SHORT COURSES, AND
PRACTICAL APPLICATION SUPPORT,
SHAPED AROUND THE CLIENT'S STAGE
AND THE KNOWLEDGE THEY NEED NEXT.
Support can begin before a first role, six months into work, after a role has ended, before a second or third move, or at the beginning of an early career change.
Clients may have come through college, an apprenticeship, university, vocational training, direct employment, or another route. A degree is never required.
The first conversation identifies what is happening, what the client already understands, and which missing knowledge is limiting progress.
Clients and supportive others are both welcome to make first contact; the mentoring relationship is built directly with the client.
The work is designed to build:
Clearer career direction
Commercial understanding
Stronger applications and interviews
Better knowledge of industries and job functions
Confidence and competitive edge
More informed long-term decisions
All services are delivered online, so screens, documents, research, applications, and interview work can be reviewed together in real time.
