Private Advisory
Private early career advisory sits at the centre of the House.
The work is founder-led and structured, supporting individuals navigating first roles, second moves and early pivots.
The emphasis is clarity before commitment — defining direction, refining positioning and ensuring decisions are taken deliberately rather than reactively.
Sessions are arranged on an hourly basis.
Most choose to work in two-hour sessions to allow depth and meaningful traction, though shorter or more focused conversations are also possible.

Courses & The House Career Bible
The House Career Bible provides the intellectual framework underpinning the work.
It is delivered through a structured four-part course sequence, moving from direction and understanding through to positioning and execution.
Course 1 & 2 are delivered together, followed by Preparation and Execution in subsequent sessions.
The full programme is typically completed across a three-week period.
Two working formats are available.
The Journal Edition (£2,950) includes the full course sequence alongside a hardback working journal and digital access.
The Digital Edition (£2,750) offers the same structured delivery in a streamlined, screen-based format.
The emphasis remains the same — clarity, coherence and disciplined execution.
Ongoing Mentoring
Ongoing mentoring provides continuity once structured work concludes.
Sessions are arranged as needed, often at points of transition, decision-making or change.
